The Adventures of

Clarissa

and Gregory

By Nadine Redfield

with water color illustrations by the author and pen-and-ink drawings by Macaeli J. Pickens

Based on the true life adventures of Clarissa Nadine Townsend and her brother Paul Gregory Townsend, from 1929 until 1931, when Clarissa was between three and five years old. It was a different world back then – no cell phones or computers or television. Children got up to all kinds of mischief! They still talk about their adventures and now they would like to share their stories with you. Some of their adventures are very funny. And some of them are very scary!

This first collection of stories begins with the famiy living in the village of Clayton, Michigan. Later they will move to the country where they will build a new home  – and the adventures will continue...

Beautifully illustrated with water colors by the author and pen-and-ink sketches by Macaeli J. Pickens.
